He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Womack and Christine Womack (Goings); his son Robert Womack; his stepfather Carthal Wooley; and his sister Melba Joyce Lewis (Womack).
He is survived by: his sister Melba Joyce Womack; his daughter Crystal Williams (Ray) of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Jamachia Marshall (Tramaine) of Tulsa and Taja McKesson of Memphis, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Malachi Jones and Geavante Marshall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
