He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Loftin and Virgie Loftin (Scott); his former wife Dortha Loftin; and his siblings, Tommie, Alfred (Pete), Bob, Lillian, Betty and Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell; his sons, James W. Loftin (Yevonne) of Tahlequah and Bill Loftin (Joyce) of Wagoner; his stepchildren, Jackie Ryals of Moody and James Ryals (Kim) of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, Jamie Cole (Roger), Craig Loftin (Gayla), Teresa Rhoads (Shawn) and Anita Jones (Randy). He is also survived by 6 Great-grandchildren, 1 Great-greatgrandchild, 7 Step grandchildren, and 10 step great-grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and other extended family and friends.
