He was predeceased by: his wife Lily May; his parents, James Henry and Mattie Rae Fredrick Sr (Ridenhour); his siblings, Waymon, Beulah Haddock, Lillian Klinger-Drake and Pauline Duncan; and his grandchildren, Fredrick Shaver and Sarah Shaver.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Ann Shaver (Ronnie) of Mayes County, OK, Loretta Sue De Santiago (Jorge) of Creek County, OK and Patricia Kaye Bomar (Jim) of Coweta, OK.; his grandfather Poppy; his sisters-in-law, Lucy Halpain and Janice Parris; his great grandchild Blaine Cox; and also, Michelle Cox (Joe) of Inola, OK, James Thompson of Tulsa, OK, Rhonda Lane (Jay) of Kearney, MO, Jason Thompson (Susan) of Sperry, OK, Clark Shaver (Jaimie) of Lamar, MO, Jimmy Bomar (Amy) of Broken Arrow, OK, Craig Shaver (Emily) of Chouteau, OK and Lily Owens (Luke) of Tulsa, OK.. He is also survived by two great great grandchildren and one soon to join the family in October, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
