Jackie Ruth Barnhart Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jackie Ruth Barnhart of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Leon and Ruby Leona Eller Medlin; her brother Gary Dean Medlin; her grandson Dustin Rhodes; and her sister Carolyn Wallace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Robertson of Tahlequah and Christa Rhodes (Mike) of Peggs, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, James Kelley of Tahlequah and Gunter Rhodes of Peggs, Oklahoma; her siblings, Mike Medlin of Nashua, Iowa, Donna Graham (Mike), Kathy Morgan of Tahlequah and Patsy Cox (Clark); and her close friend Bill Hendrix. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home- Tahlequah (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Peggs Community Church (6459 State Hwy 82, Peggs, OK 74452). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at the New Home Cemetery.
