He was predeceased by: his parent Eris Doris Gant; his wife Betty Darlene Ruth; his stepchildren, Douglas Arnold Miller and Tamara Stone; his brothers, Steve, Leon and Eddie Ratliff; and his parent Hutson Leroy Ratliff Sr..
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra L. Mboh (Paul Mboh) of Gainesville, VA; his stepdaughters, Kathryn Lackmann (Larry Lackman) of Spring Branch, TX and Rebekah Ann Maycock of Roanoke, VA; his siblings, Terry Ratliff of Burlington, NC, Phillip Ratliff of Burlington, NC and Lisa Ratliff Roper of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Hutson Mboh and Peter Mboh; and his great grandchildren, Mack Mboh, Devin Mboh and Kennedy Mboh.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Restoration Ministries Church. Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hart Funeral Home- Tahlequah (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Park Hill Cemetery Park.
In remembrance of Hutson's life and legacy, memorial contributions may be made to Restoration Ministries Church at 824 San Mateo SE, Albuquerque, NM. 87108 and Paralyzed Veterans of America.
