He was predeceased by: his parents, Deed Dobbins and Cleo Dobbins; his wife Zula Belle Dobbins; and his great grandchild Levi Rolland. He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Terrye), Mark (Val) and Jack (Julie); his grandchildren, Luke (Kaycee), Brynlee Rolland (Chad), Stephanie Gray (Joe), Sydney Day (Sean), Britt Dobbins (Kayla McElrath), Marlee Myracle (Andrew) and Heather Knott; and his great grandchildren, Kael, Duke, Boston Dobbins, Cole, Case, Joseph Gray, Jr. and Rylee Myracle.

Memorial donations may be made to the Northeastern State University Athletic Department or First Christian Church of Tahlequah.
