Though Harrel Phillip may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Harrel Phillip touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence (Geneva O'Shield Brooner) and S. Navy. He is survived by: his wife Carol June Buffington Brooner. He is also survived by his children, and grandchildren.
