He is survived by: his sons, Marcus Sams (Ami) and Brett Sams (Phelicia) of Tahlequah, OK; his siblings, Steve Sams, Chris Sams (Rhonda) of Tahlequah, OK, Linda Huntington of Tahlequah, OK and Carol Martin (Edward) of Tulsa, OK.; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Bennett, Zachary, Colin, Tyler, Christian Sams, Skyler, Martika, Antonio and Toby Roberts. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and a host of friends.
