He is survived by: his close friend Annie Louise Westmoreland; his brother-in-law Jim; his children, Annette Stinnett (Marty) of Tahlequah, Jessica Orono (Sabas) of Portland, TX and Jeff Lillard of Tahlequah, OK.; his sister Donna Fullen of Tahlequah, OK.; and his grandchildren, Vannessa Stinnett of Tahlequah, Olivia Orono of San Antonio, TX, Emily Lilliard of Grants Pass, OR, Austin Hawkins (E'oin) of Hampton, VA, Hannah Lillard, Erica Orono of Portland, TX and Sarah Hawkins of Portland, TX.
