He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Graham and Lucille Scoggins Graham. He is survived by: his wife Julie; and his parents-in-law, Donn and Gwen Carter. He is also survived by two sons; four grandchildren and one great grandchild as well as numerous relatives and friends.
