She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Phillips and Jennie Phillips (Dick); her husband James Lindsey; her children, Maurice Dale Lindsey, Michael Wayne Lindsey, Mark Anthony Lindsey and Charlene Deborah Smith; her siblings, Carl, Jimmy, Andrew, Jack "Jake" Phillips, Ellen Hicks, Betsy Shade, Bessie Crittenden, Annie Pettit, Maybelle Chuculate, Lorene Fratrick and Elizabeth Poor; and her granddaughter Carolyn Dougherty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Kay Martin (Jeff Marquette) of Tulsa, OK and Rebecca Maria Goff (Jayson) of King George, VA; her sister Irene Parker of Tulsa, OK; her brother-in-law Bill Chuculate of Sallisaw, OK.; and her grandchildren, Brian Lindsey, Barbara Lindsey, James Lindsey, John David Lindsey, Tonia Martin, Sonia Treptow (Trip), Joshua Marquette, Heather Dougherty, Chasity Dougherty, Shawna LaFoe, Beau Dougherty, Ashley Frazier Martinez, Lindsey Record (Luis Castro), JT Lindsey, Adam Lindsey, Jeneva Anne Goff and Raychel Goff.
