He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Phipps and Vanila Phipps (Morphis); his daughter Jesica Phipps; and his sister Nila "Sis" Phipps. He is survived by: his spouse Gene Phipps; his children, Jonathan Levi Phipps (Karma) of Westville and Valerie Walters of Wagoner; his sister Debra Linn (Bill) of Colcord; and his grandson Tristyn Phipps of Westville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
