He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Luther, Edna Deckard, Jim Ollis and Josie Swimmer; his uncles, Edward Deckard, James Deckard, Arnie Deckard and Tommy Deckard; his aunt Edith Christie; and his siblings, Marshall Deckard, Sherry, Carroll Deckard and Paula "Susie" (Deckard).

He is survived by: his children, Mandee Carey (James) of Miami, OK, Frankie Deckard Jr. of Siloam Springs, AR, Stephanie Deckard Hopkins of Centerton, AR and Melanie Suber (Robert) of Colcord, OK.; his siblings, Tony Ralph Deckard (Bill) of Kemp, TX and Sheila Blossom (Bobby) of Welling, OK; his aunts and uncles, John Deckard of Moody, Bill Deckard of Tahlequah, Rick Deckard of Tahlequah, Glendy Hodge of Boudinot, Janice of Tahlequah and Nell Matlock of Etta Bend; and his grandchildren, Kendra Hammer, Braxton Hammer, Brandon Suber, Jacee Hammer, Dusty Shirrel, Nathan Shirrel and Madison Suber. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
