She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Eva and Roy Windsor Duke. She is survived by: her children, David and Dale Girdner; her granddaughter Anna Leigh Girdner; her nieces and nephews, Jackie Duke Kern and Jimmi Duke; her sister-in-law Louella Duke; her close friend Sabina Royal; and her friend Cathy Wiehe.
Her generosity extended beyond her immediate circle, touching the lives of countless children and animals through her charitable donations.
