Mayfield of Maine and Ian Lee Shaw of Clovis, CA; his siblings, Jim Mayfield (Wanda) and Lorinda Ostrander (Bob); his grandchildren, Kayla Lambert, Wesley Lambert, Jesse Lambert, Kalon Mayfield, Brooklyn Shaw and Zoe; and his great grandchildren, Elly Rain and Benny Blue.
