He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Jumper and Minnie Jumper (Handle); his grandparents, Charley and Sall Jumper (Oolonastke); his siblings, Russel Jumper, Franklin Lee Jumper, Watt Jumper, Buster Jumper, Willie Jumper, Jerry Jumper and Lillie Hess; and his niece Alicia Jumper.

He is survived by: his siblings, Franklin "Rocky" Jumper (Melissa), Rosie Rossignol of Tahlequah, Mary Jo Jumper of Oaks, Alice Wilder (Brian) of Inola, OK, Carol Dunn (Franklin) of Tahlequah and Sandra Whitecrow of Tahlequah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
