She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lawrence and Effie Floyd (Oeff); her husband Calvin Stephens; her son Jimmy Stephens; and her siblings, Pearlaine Fox, Sarah Jean Spangler and Sirel Floyd.

She is survived by: her children, Betty Harp (Dale) of Farmington and Bill Stephens (Jan) of Park Hill; and her brother Calvin Leon Floyd of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.
