He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Spencer and Lillie Spencer (Spurgeon); his son Matthew Spencer; his son-in-law Kyle Hoggatt; his sisters, Kathren Spencer and Juanita Wyers; his wife Donita Spencer (Smith); his children, Gene Spencer of Tahlequah, OK, Ricky Spencer (Teresa) of Tahlequah, OK, Justin Hamby (Bonnie) of Tahlequah, OK and Lynn Hoggatt of Tahlequah, OK; and his siblings, Dorothy Griggs (Jimmy) of Tahlequah, OK, Ed Spencer (Karen) of Peggs, OK, Harley Spencer (Ginger) of Porter, OK, Millard Spencer (Brenda) of Tahlequah, OK, Roy Spencer (Marsha) of Tahlequah, OK and Clyde Spencer (Deanna) of Tahlequah, OK. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, and other family friends.
