She is survived by: her children, Paul Phillips of Bakersfield, CA, Angie Sweeten (Craig) of Durant, Chris Cape of Tahlequah, Janez Worster (Rich) of Arizona and Jody Lynn Dallis of Tahlequah. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
