She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hart; her children, Jeremy Hart of Morris, OK and Melissa Dawn Brewer (Brent Alan) of Broken Arrow, OK.; her siblings, Edgar "Sonny" Wayne Lamb (Iva) of Kenwood, OK, Patsy Louise Horn (Guy) of Oaks, OK and JoAnn Turtle (Hommer); and her grandchild Baylee Nicole. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
