He is survived by: his mother Anna Smith of Locust Grove; his sons, Carl Smith (Shelby Smith) of Hulbert and Garrett Smith (Bethany Howell) of Locust Grove; his sister Brenda Doyle (Robby Doyle) of Peggs; and his grandchildren, Sidney, Audri of Jayden, CJ, Isaiah, Colton and Elijah.
