Moore, Jr. of Tulsa, OK, Kim Broadhurst (David) of Broken Arrow, OK, Lance Kaufman (Cheri) of Spring Hill, TN and Meredith Hall (Brett) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his siblings, Ed Moore, Sr. (Linda) of Jenks, OK, William "Buddy" Moore (Berniece) and Kelly Wilson (John) of Albuquerque, NM.. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
