He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Maddox and Patsy Maddox (Slack); and his brother Don Wilson Maddox. He is survived by: his children, Nicole, Lauren, Jerry and Danielle Maddox; his siblings, Oaks, May Dale Coffron (Richard) of Tahlequah, Laura Smith (Brian Osburn), Christina Maddox of Little Rock and Alice Hayes (Joe) of Rogers; and his grandchildren, Jaycee Johnston, Catherine Campos and Daisy Campos. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
