He was predeceased by: his parents, Cody Lee and Ruby Jean McClendon (Mullins); his son Thomas Barnes; his grandparents, Fred, Nellie McClendon (Foster), Elmer and Bertha Mullins (Cochran); his brother Floyd; and his granddaughters, Patricia and Randi.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Williams of McAlester, OK, Cody Lee McClendon III of Stigler and Celena Shrout of Stigler, OK.; his siblings, Jerry McClendon of Stilwell, Justin McClendon (Melinda) of Watts, OK, Barney McClendon (Anita) of Westville, OK, Charlotte Coiner (David) of Brandson, MO, Carolyn Harper of Stilwell, OK and Judy Patton (Ramon) of Decatur, AR.; his grandchildren, Dalton McClendon, Derrick Cheater, Anna Cheater, Cody Lee McClendon IV, Ariel Shrout, TJ Lemmons and Matthew Barnes; and his wife Patricia McClendon (Masters). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, eleven great grandchildren, and a host of friends and loved ones.
