He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Baker and Gladys Baker (Denny); his brothers, Arthur Eugene Baker and Bobby Joe Baker; and his great grandchild KJ Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Maebelle Baker; his daughters, Brenda Cheryl Legier (Allen) of Tahlequah and LaDonna Ashburn (Don) of Edmond; and his brother Edward Baker (Connie) of Nicut. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
