He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen B. Tinnin and Lena B. Tinnin (Tucker); his daughters, Lena Mae Tinnin and Shawna Jean Tinnin; and his siblings, Geneva Tinnin, Robert Tinnin and Carl Tinnin.
He is survived by: his daughter Sabrina Tinnin; and his siblings, Kenneth Tinnin, Roy Tinnin and Karen Diver. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and several nephews, nieces, and other loving family members.
