With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Collier Ramsell of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 22, 2021 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Ann Collier (Rose). She is survived by: her father Whorton Collier of Oklahoma City, OK; her children, Development and Eden Faith of Tahlequah, OK; her husband Todd Ramsell; and her siblings, Billy Collier (Michelle) of Newcastle, OK and Amy of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, and four great nieces and great nephews.
