Carter; her children, Mary Catharine (Gary) of Broken Arrow and Cody Carter (Paula) of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchildren, Cydni Bouman (Jerry) of Parsons, KS, Abby Rosenthal (Rich) of Arlington, TX, Aaron Allen (Kendra) of Broken Arrow, OK and Jason Neff of Tulsa, OK.; her great grandchildren, Hunter Barron of Owasso, OK, Tyler Barron of Parsons, KS, Noah Allen of Broken Arrow, OK, Mary Margaret Rosenthal of Arlington, TX, Bryce Allen of Broken Arrow, OK, Becca Allen of Broken Arrow, OK and Michael Neff of Tulsa, OK.; and her great great grandchild Mayble Owens of Owasso, OK. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
