Kwolek (Larry VanNoy) of Glendora, CA, Deborah Jensen Murphy of Tahlequah and John Farrel Jensen Jr. (Debbie) of Tahlequah; her stepbrother Keith Guyett (Michelle Blount) of Tahlequah; and her grandmother Marva Orr. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
