He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Blevins (Alberta) of Rose, OK; his children, Teresa Covington (Brian) of Picayune, MS, Sharon Gutierrez (George), Doyle Blevins (Anna), Calob Blevins, Mathew Blevins, Louisa Blevins, Cheyenne Blevins, Allison Blevins, Josaline Blevins, Emily Blevins, Ally Jo Blevins, Amesa Lopez (Emilio) and Tracy Ruggles; his children-in-law, June Blevins and Chummy Shotpouch of Jay, OK; and his grandchildren, Russell Rice, Jason Stroup, Kassaundra Johnson, Bryan Healey, Cory Blevins, Lydia Blevins, Amanda Ebers, Christopher Cummings, Shelbie Maddux, Lacay Roper, Ariel Blevins, Mya Blevins, Damian Gonzalez, Mariana Lopez, Gabriella Lopez and Zayne Ruggles. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
