He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his parents, Broxer Sr. and Pearl Collins; his son Perry Collins; and his siblings, Ray Collins, Clint Collins and Irene Reed.

He is survived by: his children, Annette Beaverson (Ronnie) of Tahlequah, Randall Collins (Michele) of Tahlequah, Wanda Roberts (James) of North Carolina and Douglas Collins of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Brianna Cook (Collins), Mariah Collins, Kendall Collins, Daniel, Jazzmine and Jayson Roberts; his sisters, Ruby Hamilton of Fort Gibson, Lucille Moore (Tommy) of Tahlequah and Corene Fisher (Shrimp) of Tahlequah; and his sister-in-law Willene Collins of Bartlesville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
