He was predeceased by: his parent E. J. Keith. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Denise Keith (DeFosse) of Muldrow, OK; his children, Christopher, Tyler, Justin, Shane and MaKayla; and his siblings, Jeff Keith of Muldrow, OK, Darren Keith of Muldrow, OK, Josh Woodrome of Fort Smith, AR, Cody Woodrome of San Diego, CA, Angel Keith of Muldrow, OK, Ericca Keith of Muldrow, OK and Danielle Chandler of Oceanside, CA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
