He is survived by: his mother Seletha Ferguson (Gourd) of Tahlequah; his daughter Jyme Vaughn (Aaron) of Tahlequah; his grandchild Jadyn Lowe of Tahlequah; his sister Kathy Upton of Broken Arrow, OK; his niece Jacky Dawn Winters of Long Beach, CA; and his nephew Cody Shepherd of Porter, OK.. He is also survived by many co-workers, and friends.
