He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gene and Chloe Brannon (Wheeler); his children, Carolyn Moore, Cindy Belveal and Billy Martin Brannon; and his grandsons, Harley Chase, Shad Belveal and Edgar Belveal, III.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Brooks; his daughters, Ginger Rowane of Cove and Pam Brannon of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, Ben Miller (Melissa), Simon Chase, Timothy Weese, Daniel Armer (Sabrina), Jeness Bailey, James Moore, Jeremy Tyler Cooper, Karensa Murdick (Greg), Cody Belveal, Chad Brannon, Rusty Ballard and Dusty Ballard.
