She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Willis and Helen Willis (Anchahubbi); her grandparents, Almus Frank and Stella Mae Willis (Beaver); and her stepmother Naomi Willis.

She is survived by: her husband William Mayes; her sons, Benjamin Mayes (Elizibeth) of Ft. Gibson, OK and Theodore Mayes (Becky) of Wagoner, OK; her granddaughter Katherine Mayes of Wagoner, OK.; and her brother Leslie Willis of Welling, OK.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
