He is survived by: his parent Isaac Johnathan; his sisters, Judy Potter and Linda Laporte; his mother Sally Ballard Hendricks of Tahlequah, OK; his daughters, Mindy Adair (Nick Daugherty) of Park Hill, OK, Misty Jackson and Vanessa Jones (Brandon) of Tahlequah, OK.; his brother James Ballard of Tahlequah, OK; his grandchildren, Aiden Jackson, Tony McKee Jr., Emily Rose McKee, Hanna Adair, Britney Adair, Madison Pritchett, Chloe Daugherty, Nicky Daugherty Jr. and Adalyn Jones; and also, Misty, Vanessa, Judy Potter (Joe) of Oklahoma City, OK and Linda Laporte (Neil) of Pryor, OK.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
