It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Parris of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Billie has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Flo Parris and Edith Parris of Park Hill; her friend JD Kennicutt; her sister Frankie; and her brother-in-law Alan Herrin.
She is survived by: her family Cherokee. She is also survived by her loving family, which include her husband, nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Park Hill Presbyterian Church (21543 S 523 Rd, Park Hill, OK 74451).
