He was predeceased by: his parents, Barkie Rackleff and Alta Agnes Rackleff (Youngbird); his grandparents, Johnny, Nancy Rackleff, Reverend William and Ahinniwake Youngbird (Foreman); and his siblings, Marcella "Diane" Hansen, William "Tootie" Youngbird (Marcella "Diane") and Edwin Rackleff.

He is survived by: his siblings, Verna J. Rackleff of Tulsa, OK, Nancy Watkins of Owasso, OK, Sherry Haynes (Edwin) of Rocky Ford, OK and Victor "Buster" Rackleff (Carlene) of Nebraska. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
