She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Benjamin and Mary McReynolds (Childress); and her siblings, Dwayne McReynolds, Paul McReynolds, Doug McReynolds, Jean Baughman and Carolyn Barnett.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Forrest; her children, Dugan Forrest (Melinda) of Colcord, Christine Rogers of Coweta and Steven Forrest (Angela) of Tahlequah; and her brother Joe McReynolds (Carol) of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
