She is survived by: her parents, Edward Smith and Kathy Perry (Smith); her children, Karlea Coulter (Ty Tramel) and Pepper Smith (Paradise Zeigler); her brothers, Jim Perry (Chastity) and Dusty Beitz (Allisa); her grandfather Ed Moss (Gerri); her uncle Ricky Smith; her aunts, Pam Bowlin (Gary), Tresa Luna (Mark), Shelly Horn (Darrel), Jamie Wilder (R. D.), Donita Spencer (Doyal) and Pam Hix (Mark); and her pet Lou Lou.
