He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otis and Alta Agnes Collins (Scism); his wife Wanda June Collins; his siblings, Dewitt Collins, Mary Wanda Collins Doyle, Charlie Joe Collins, William Lee Collins, George Collins and Donald Otis Collins; and his great grandchild Tyler Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Lyle Collins of Christie, Hal Collins (Dianne) of Tulsa and June Elise Tweedy of Proctor; and his brother Jimmy Leon Collins of Stilwell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
