It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Anderson Cooper of Swink, Oklahoma, born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dalton Cooper and Froney Mae Cooper (Baker); his siblings, Tony Edward Cooper and Mae; his grandmother Provence; his brothers-in-law, Clifford Poteet, Max Thomason, Toby Blair, Ray Fennell and Tuck; his parents-in-law, Richard, Delores Bland, Jr., June James, Jack, Geneva Hudson, Wayne and Mary Duncan; his son William Woodruff; his stepchildren, Ronald Tucker and Sheila Watts; his grandsons, Allan Dale Kilburn and Jason Woodruff; and his grandparents, George, Luthenia Cooper (Ferguson), William G. and Ellie L. Baker (Hoover).
He is survived by: his wife Ester Jane Cooper; his siblings, Goldie Thomason of Stroud, Burniece Tuck of Idabel, Mildred Litsey (Lester) of Ft. Towson and Quorter Cooper (Mary) of Hugo; his daughter-in-law Mary Woodruff of Peru, Nebraska; his children, Dale Allen of Nevada, Teresa (John Colley) of Spencerville, Charlene (Mike Ridgway) of Durant, Clayton Cooper (Felicia Freeman) of Mead and Kerry Robinson of Roberta; his stepchildren, Debbie Tucker of Rattan and Donald Tucker (Tammy) of Burkburnett, TX; his grandchildren, William Cogburn (Tammy) of Hugo, Brian Cogburn of Wright City and Rachel Davis (Ethan) of Norman; and his stepchildren, Andrew Ridgway of Ada, Chase Cooper of Calera, Tashona Burcham (Chance) of Roberta, Ashlyn Loper (Josh) of Mead, Jennifer Woodruff (Raymond Lingle) of Lesterville, SD, Stephanie Woodruff-Corliss of Sabetha, KS, Amanda Andelt of Beatrice, NE, Warren Woodruff of Sterling, NE, Jason James of Peru, NE, Reanna Allen-Phillips of Stuart, FL, Emily Allen of Stuart, FL, Casey Allen of Blythe, GA and Jeffrey Allen of Missoula, MT. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
