He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Ann Hardaway (Hoskins); and his sister Sherry Hardaway. He is survived by: his wife Jan Byassee; his children, Ryan Hardaway of Marietta and Rebecca Hardaway of Alpharetta, Georgia; his stepson Nolan Byassee of Blue, Oklahoma; his father Joe Hardaway, Jr. (Lula Hardaway); and his stepsisters, Rhonda Cooper, Jackie Mills and Donna Catlin.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home (216 E Jackson St, Hugo, OK 74743).
