She was predeceased by: her parent Gene Keathley; her sister Lori Keathley; and her grandparents, Truman, Maxine Alexander, Leo and Lawanda Keathley.
She is survived by: her mother Beverly Keathley (Alexander) of Sweetwater; her son Chaydn Keathley of Sweetwater, OK; and her siblings, Cody Keathley of Sweetwater, OK and Leann Meacham of Sweetwater, OK. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
