She was predeceased by: her father James Thomas Cavnar; her son Kelley D. Teal; her husbands, Donal Dean Teal and Dalton Elvis Jones; her grandson Tyler Teal; and her siblings, Theo Mayo, Wanda Barnes, Juanita Woods, James, Leo, Edgar, Elmo and Willis Gene Cavnar.
She is survived by: her son Mark Teal (Dawn) of Ada; her sister Frances Bragg of Tahlequah; her grandchildren, Derek Teal of Cushing, Chandler Dillard of Ada, Court Teal of New York City, Donnell Teal (Meaghan) of Edmond, Amber Salazar and Purcell; and her great grandchildren, Jaidyn Teal, Bradlee, Kohen Dillard, Lillian Jade Teal, Nathan, Aracely, Danial and Alecia Salazar.
