He was predeceased by: his brother Franke Joe Fields; his father Roland Frank Fields; and his sibling Lorrie Thomas (Lee Wayne). He is survived by: his wife Candy Fields; his children, Sassy (Leighann), Davis (Tim), Alyssa Fields, Samuel Fields, Rheanna Fields, Kyliee Fields and Nikki Bufkin (Shane); his stepdaughter Kaci McCracken; his grandchildren, Elijah, Violet Davis and Jaxon Bufkin; his brothers, Roland Clyde Fields and Henry Lee Fields (Maria); his nephew Chance Thomas; and his mother Loretta Hathaway.
