He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Downey and Mary Ellen Trussell (Wilcoxson); and his brother Louie Downey Trussell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Chris; his children, Patrick Trussell (LeLe) of Sulphur and Susanne Wawer of Germany; his grandchildren, Harlye and Kannon Trussell; and his siblings, Joe Trussell (Diane) of Kingston, Preston Preast (Tammy) of Sulphur, Zona Williams (Bobby) of Ardmore, Marilyn Preast of Sulphur, Kathy Kinney of Oklahoma City and Agnes Fayard (Scott) of Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
