He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blackburn and Edith Blackburn (Moore); and his grandparents, Elvin and Ora Moore. He is survived by: his wife Emily; his children, Anisa Blackburn (Dustin) of Sulphur, Becky Jantz (Kelsey) of Chickasha, Ron Blackburn of California, Kelly Blackburn (Tory) of Sulphur and Justin Gates (Kimberly) of Yukon; and his sister Jenny Moon of Sulphur. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
