He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard O. Warren and Minnie B. Warren (Newberry); and his sisters, Jo Aaron and Ginger Cleveland. He is survived by: his children, Gina (Tray Stephens), Okla, Clint (Marcia Warren) and Clay Warren; his siblings, Billy Warren of Sulphur, OK and Sue Madigan of Ballwin; his grandchildren, Jentri, Christian, Regan, Jon Marc, Jace and Brynli; and his great grandchild Laramie.
The family requests memorials be made in Mickey's memory to the Sulphur Booster Club .
