She was predeceased by: her son Michael Eddy; her parents, Lorene Burroughs (McDonald) and Jesse Welborn; and her siblings, John, Harold McDonald, Adrian Clary, Gladys Cass and Patricia Shipworth.
She is survived by: her children, Dewayne Eddy of Sulphur, Randy Eddy (Vanessa) of Sulphur, Alden Eddy of Sulphur, Austin Eddy of Sulphur and LaDonna Eddy of Ardmore; and her grandchildren, Charles Eddy, Patric Eddy, James Eddy, Charlie Eddy, Sierra Richards, Brittany Eddy, Lauren Eddy, Lindsay Eddy, Rainey Coberley, Preston Amos, Courtni Mann, Ami Rose and Hope Eddy. She is also survived by thirty-six great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
